The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where the instrument cluster went blank. The dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The manufacturer was contacted and opened a case. The manufacturer sent a technician to diagnose the vehicle. The technician stated that the VCU, battery, ICCU, and high-voltage battery needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the local dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 19,000.
