Car has been in the shop 5 times now for this issue. The first time they had it for weeks. I suspect a refrigerant leak. Works when I get it back and then stops after variable amounts of time.

The climate control stopped working 3 days after we purchased the vehicle. After almost 4 months and numerous phone calls to the Dealer and Hyundai America we still do not have a solution for the problem. The last time I went to the Dealer they told me after waiting for 8 hours that it was a bad module, they would have to order it and it would take 4 days. That was on March 24, 2022.

I contacted the Dealer numerous times before I filed a complaint with Hyundai America. They assigned a representative to the case and gave me a Case number, that was on May 4, 2022. After 15 phone messages to the Customer service Rep. We are still at the same point with no progress being made on the issue. They never return phone calls, there was also 4 e-mails sent to the Rep. with no response.

I spoke to the Dealer's service department (Victor) on on 5/24, they informed me that the part was cancelled and they did not know why. He stated he would reorder the part.

Spoke to Victor again on 6/2 I was told the part was cancelled again by the Manufacturer and he did not know why. He placed a call with Hyundai America to get answers.

I called on 6/6 for an update, left a voice mail and have heard nothing back as of3:30 PM.

I also informed both the Dealer Service rep and the Customer care rep. that my wife has a heart condition and cannot go any where in the car when it is hot.

For the price I paid for this car, I would like it fixed or give me my money back.
