PLEASE DON’T BUY I20 ACTIVE CAR IT IS DEFECTIVE IT CAN NOT SUSTAIN 2 MIN RAIN,JUST ONE WORD PATHETIC.
I heard lot of appreciation about Hyundai cars but I am extremely UNHAPPY with the services specially the car I20 active which i bought last year on 4 June 2015 from SUNRISE HYUNDAI PATPARGANJ branch. On 2nd Sep 2016 it was raining I went to pick my kids from the school which is just 2 min away from my home but car broke down in middle due to heavy rain .somehow I managed that day but the very next day when I try to start the engine it was making horrible noise n rest of the gears were not working I spoke to Mr. hemant and Ajit.they took my car to their service center I received the call after thorough checkup they explained to me water entered into the piston and some Hyundai team will come to inspect the car as they are not able to detect the problem after 10 days. They gave me bill ofRs. 45,000 – 50000 and also they have declined my insurance for some bullshit reasons. I am badly stuck what needs to be done now as I will not suggest anybody to buy Hyundai products as they can deceive you any time. I am sure they have given me defective car which was not able to sustain 2 min in rain. I am lucky I was nearby to my place god forbid if I would have been far away from my place I would have stuck badly somewhere ..
As per sunrise Hyundai I 20 active is not meant to run in rain also engine doesn't come in to the warranty . I am unable to understand which car runs without engine. FYI car is one time investment ppl buy cars for there comforts not to show off.
