I have purchased Hyundai Grand i10 PB10GR3766 in November 2017 from Northern Hyundai. I was giving my car regular services after 10,000 km each time. Recently on 14-02-2021 with total travelled distance 69414km, and the person in charge Deepak gave the service and said that the car has no fault. He provided regular service with total amount about 11,000 INR and I asked him if my car is ok and he replied positively.
I took the car and started my regular work and Yesterday I was going to Himachal Una in the morning, and after some time a red light started blinking in my car and at that very moment I called Deepak and sent him a video of light. He advised me to not drive the car and take it to nearest service station. I called the road assistance and they took my car to Punj motors pvt ltd district Una village Rainsary. They didn't tell me anything about any leakage or anything and that just the mobile oil has ran out. They said that I could drive the car and should get my car checked when I reach back Ludhiana.Â
They put mobile oil in my car worth 1300 INR and then I started driving back to Ludhiana but then the car stopped between Faghwara and Guraya. I called road assistance again and they helped me take my car to Ludhiana Northern Hyundai centre. Today when I went to them to check in on my car then the Service GM and Deepak told me that my turbo engine has a leak and that my engine has been seized and in order to repair that it will charge about 1 lakh INR but the question stands that how did the leakage appear suddenly - when yesterday only Punj Motors claimed that there was no leakage, then how did the leakage suddenly appear?
