Driver's seat lift motor failed while driving(the seat was not being adjusted at the time) causing it to suddenly drop to the floor. When the seat fell, it landed off of the track and was not secured-the seat was extremely unstable, and could be easily moved forward, sideways, and lifted by hand. Basically the driver's seat was no longer attached to the floor of the car. The part is on order and will be replaced upon arrival at the Hyundai dealership in tampa, fl. Courtesy Hyundai has the broken part.
