May anti-lock brake light has been common for over a year now. I took it to the dealership but they claim that hey could not find it. 6 month later I find out it's a recall for my car for this exact reason. They claim they would start to fix this problem May 1st... unfortunately it's May 10th and I still have not received anything about my car or getting it fix.
"takata recall" I was in motion driving less than 30miles/hour in traffic, stopping few times and kept a good distance. All of a sudden, I applied the brakes to stop but the vehicle did not stop and kept moving fast. I applied the brakes soo hard, vehicle did not stop the collision system that was suppose to stop the vehicle and avoid the collison did nothing. I reported the same issue when I took the vehicle to the dealership during my 1st service and expressed concern regarding the sensors not working. The car has only 6,000 miles. The day was sunny and this happen during rush hour off on golf road in des plaines Illinois
