Currently working to get this problem fixed. Obviously, it renders the Navigation system worthless. Especially when you're counting on route guidance assistance only to have it "recalculate" when you need it most, even when you haven't left the correct route, and find that the display is showing your vehicle in a completely different area. Even when you are on course (before it begins freaking out) it never really has you on the road.....always, slightly of.....like being on a frontage road even when you're not. I did notice that the GPS software version is 6.5 and it has had experienced several updates since my purchase in 5/2015. Evidently, never received any of the updates, even while at the dealership and most definitely, doesn't have the latest version.....v9.5. The car is 7 months old.....why should I have not received, at least, the most current software as it was available back in May when this was purchased???
