The dealer hires people who want to blame the client. I had my car shut off about 12 times while driving. I brought this up to the front desk in the service dept. I had him look over the car and he kept telling me that I was the reason this happened. After 45 minutes letting him know I didn't care and I would have to pay to place the harness, I was extremely pissed. A tech came out and knew exactly what the problem was. It was due to using smaller battery post on new batteries, and the connector wasn't getting the full connection. Cars have caught on fire due to this, and I have a dead battery and it's NOT COVERED because it was after two years, what a Joke. I even took the car in and was there for more then a few hours having the battery tested, IT BARELY held a charge. and they let me leave.saying they can't cover the battery due to the time frame. a week later the car would not start.
I love the car but paying full sticker to get pushed around at the dealer. I only come in when it's a real issue and it's a waste of time. They expect to make an appointment each time that you have an issue and can't replicate the problem at the dealer. I am sick of it. I went out and bought a new battery so I didn't have to deal with it. Still extremely pissed.
