About once in fifteen times when I start the car the LCD display which shows the navigation map, radio/CD and backup camera freezes on the GENESIS welcome screen. Therefore you cannot use the navigation system or backup camera. The radio/CD still works but you are blind as to the station. Sometimes it will start functioning after I turn the engine off, wait two minutes then turn it back on. Other times I do this repeatedly with no fix. After I drive for fifteen minutes or so, if I restart the engine, the display starts working again. How can the dealer fix this if it is so intermittent? Is it the main car computer?
