The contact owns a 2010 Hyundai Genesis equipped with dunlop sp sport 235/50/R18 tires. The contact stated that the vehicle was parked when he noticed that all of the tires were exhibiting excessive tread wear. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer, but they could not diagnose the failure. The manufacturer of the tires was made aware of the failure, but offered no assistance. The tires were replaced and the vehicle was aligned. The failure mileage was 14,136 updated 12/06/11 updated 14/14/11
