A long story. Went into dealer. Diagnostic was that the side switch was broken. After issues in getting the switch the seat did not work. They proved the switch was OK by bypassing the main module. They tested the main module and found it failed. After waiting the module when it was is stalled it did not work The diag. found a twisted wire on the connection. When that was fixed all was tested and working well. The dealer did a good job despite issues of getting parts from the Genesis warehouse. The power switch was covered under extended warranty the rest was on me. The dealer was very good not the labor as the seat was taken in and out a few times. They promised a set rate for the work and honored it.
