G80 Vibration - I'm on my second G80 (2015 and 2019), and both had the vibration problem, my current Genesis G80 5.0 is even worse, There is a service bulletin about it. it was done on my car, but it still vibrates but less... it's going back for more investigation
Hyundai seems like they know about these suspension problems so why is nothing being done to the company or why aren't they fixing the problems. I cannot stand when these big companies get away with stuff like this. It sucks, especially when I love this car.
CAR VIBRATED ON THE TEST DRIVE. salesman SAID JUST NEEDED TIRE Balance. received car after balancing, problem still exists. Took car in for service. they acknowledged the problem. They kept the car for 2 weeks. Said they changed the tires. Problem still exists. returned the car 1-2-17... Been another week so far, nothing was done. Keep getting the run around. They gave me a Genesis loaner. which vibrates WORSE. Called Atlantic service many times. Always get a recording. Very seldom they respond. VERY sorry I bought this car and sorry I bought it from ATLANTIC AUTO GROUP, West Islip NY
