just began to notice the area right under the license plate on the rear bumper has orange colored spots appearing, looks like they are coming right through the paint. planning on taking car to dealer to see what excuses they are going to give for a $60k car to have this issue and how they are going to try to justify that it is our problem at our expense, not theirs!
Update from Jan 18, 2018: we appear to be lucky on this one, went to Fort Myers FL dealer about 200 miles shy of our 60k warranty expiring for a few minor matters, and complained about "mileage" supposedly having an effect on paint and the 36k paint warranty on their top of the line 2014 vehicle. The service advisor told me they would contact their headquarters in California, so we walked away thinking we didn't have a prayer, the next day the dealership service dept. informed us that the company would have our bumper repainted at no cost to us, so they provided us a rental vehicle and contracted out the paint job to a local body shop. The re-painting turned out well and color match, while not perfect, was acceptable. Hoping it lasts!
