This problem is so bad it is difficult to open the trunk without getting your clothes dirty. Hyundai said they have no fix for their problem. dealer does not know how to fix. i called hyundai customer care. they said the engineers have no fix for the problem and nothing they can do. customer care said i had no choice except drive the vehicle and if a fix ever became available they would contact me. really really bad service from hyundai. also attitude from customer service is really bad.
