The contact noticed that the driver's side control arm was dragging on the ground. The vehicle was towed to a mechanic where it was determined that the rear subframe and driver's side control arm needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The dealer was not notified. The failure mileage was 120,000.
