I bought the car used at 54,000 miles two years ago and just hit 78,000 when this happened. Was getting on the freeway, shifting from second to third gear and felt the car lose power, it was a struggle to get into 6th gear. Got down the freeway and got off on my road when i notice a loud clicking sound coming from the engine, then as I was pulling into my driveway my oil light started flashing. I parked the car and pulled the dipstick out to find out theres no oil in the car, which I get done every 4000 miles. I also noticed I was almost completely out of coolant. The next morning I put two quarts of oil in and topped off the coolant. When I went to start the engine, it tried for about two seconds before there was a loud screech sound and the engine shut itself off and now will not start.
