The steering has never felt correct since day one. Hyundai assured me that the feel was normal. The steering has always had a jerky feel to it and it never returns to center when going around a tight turn. Sometimes it will move on its own and do a shake back and forth. This is very unnerving as to how do I know the steering won't just stop working. It feels like it is not connected to the car and feels loose. I have tried the 3 different settings and have stuck to comfort mode but I prefer to call it uncomfortable because this car does not make me feel safe when driving it .
Update from Jun 25, 2020: $1400 later and the steering box had to be replaced and the stabilizer bar also destroyed itself . What a piece of s** car... This steering issue was in problem from day one and hungdie refused to repair it or replace these faulty parts . I was told by Hungdie that's the way it is and I had to get used to it.
I hate this car beyond belief, and rarely drive it. Only my wife and daughter drive it which is also rare as my wife walks to work and my daughter always has a company rental. What a piece of sh
t car. Still drives like the garbage it is. Now the front struts have to be replaced but I can't afford it.- Michael R., Toronto, Ontario, canada
