I bought a car new and 3 months/3413 miles in it had to be towed for HEV MCU code. Shop can’t diagnose issue until 2 months from being towed because they are busy. I’ve contacted numerous people at Hyundai and received no help. I was assigned a case manager who just kept saying he understood and Hyundai cares. Hyundai does NOT care or they would be helping. I need to figure out my next steps. Do I have a lemon? I’m very frustrated to be making a new car note but not having a car to drive.
