I bought 6 NEW HYUNDAI and 3 NEW HYUNDAI from Dick Smith Hyundai of Greenville, SC in the past YEAR, The General Manager and the Business Manger REFUSES to honor the contract where they INCLUDED FREE of CHARGE the First Place Finish on Invoice Number 13735 dated 4 April 2017 (day I bought this car) and they applied the First Place Finisho n 17 April 2017 (at least they CERTIFIED that they did it). I have contacted Hyundai Corporateo ffice, the Attorney General Office and the Consumer Affairs Office.
Update from Jan 10, 2018: After I filed this complaint and posted it to several website, the GM of Dick Smith Hyundai from Greenville, SC posted a rebuttal CLAIMING that I had filed complaints with every Hyundai that I bought from Illinois to South Carolina. I have NEVER lived in nor BOUGHT any car in Illinois. Obviously he is not concerned about the facts but if you complaint he will try and retaliate with untruths. My case was settled by the Regional Manager and also Dick Smith NEVER informed me that I had the RIGHT to use the Better Business Bureau Auto Line known as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Dispute in Arlington, Virginia toll free number 1-800-995-5100. If you file a complaint with them and they agree with you and rule in your favor the DEALERSHIP MUST ACCEPT their finding. If they rule against you, you don't have to accept their finding it is NOT BINDING ON YOU, Also the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicle was contacted by me and they "WE HAVE TAKEN THE APPROPRIATE ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION."
