The 2017 Elantra has a tail light that is on constantly, it doesn't go off, we had to unplug it. The car is under warranty but the dealer wants to charge $198 to diagnose even though the problem is well known to 2015 & 2016 models with a recall. They hold all the cards and can say its not a warranty item once they diagnose...this makes no sense.
