This was the 7th flat tire I had on this Elantra 2014 which has been serviced by Bowser Hyundai in West Mifflin, PA. for each. I had purchased a new mounted wheel after my second flat tire. At the end of this flat, I had three different brands of tires on my car, and a balled tire (one of the originals) was placed in my trunk (left mounted). The service manager berated me and told me it was due to my poor driving, and although having promised to replace the bald tire, put it in my trunk in a black plastic bag.
I am a careful female driver, and a medical professional. Each flat tire is a potential threat to my life. Each flat tire has costed me hundreds of dollars, hours on the road waiting for help, and disruption to my work schedule. This car has been serviced only at this dealership. How do you explain the fact that there are 3 different kinds of tires on my car, that I have had 7 flat tires in less than 30,000 miles, and that I have a bald tire in my trunk that was supposed to be a brand new tire for which I paid. The service manager has been extremely difficult and clearly blatantly lied regarding replacing the bald tire! Please help. I try to do my job right, and I expect others to do the same. This is not right!
