Three times after coming to a complete stop , first at under 300 miles, second at just over 1700 miles and most recent at around 2500 miles, in the middle of a turn the car fails to accelerate. all three times there has been oncoming traffic. Dealership service has been unable to diagnosis the problem or recreate it. they have basically told me to bring it back if it happens again. I am going to be filing arbitration. per the Nat'l highway transportation safety admin there are several other complaints for this model that are almost identical. I'd love to say a lot more about the response from the dealership but I will refrain.
