The brake pedal goes to the floor for one. The brakes do not respond at times. this happend on 5/19/2014 going down a hill at 45 mph & the car went to 60 mph & i could not slow it down for the light that changed at the bottom of the hill. You don't know how lucky i was that there was no one crossing the street or any other cars in front of me. I grabed for the parking brake & by the time i got to pull it i was on level ground & the car stopped just in time at the light. I was on the brake all that time about a block & a half. I had the car at 3 Hyundai dealer ships. Its still at the last one. I went there yesterday Friday 7/11/2014 to have the mechanic go with me for a test drive because they said they could not find the problem with the brakes. He pulled it up in front of the dealer ship, I got in to drive, he got in on the passanger side. I stepped on the brake pedal & it was up high & hard Put on the seat belt & steped on the brake to put it in drive the pedal went to the floor. I got out & had him try it & he said its fine. Well now i wanted to get it to do the no respond & it did it going up the on ramp to the highway & did not yeld it just kept going right on to the highway another good thing nothing nothing was coming. I pulled over & let him drive all the way back to the dealer ship & he kept saying there is no problem with the brakes. WHAT A BUNCH OF B.S. !!!!!! He can tell that to an ass hole or a woman that & get a way with it. But they are not going to hand me that, That's when i told him i am a retired state safty & emission mechanic & pulled out my certified inspection certifications from PA. I don't give a rats ass what state you live in BRAKES ON ANY VEHICLE SAVE YOURS & EVERYONE AROUNDS LIFE.

When you mess with brakes your asking for trouble. That is cause for sometime in JAIL !!!!! So all that are involved Not only spend time in JAIL !!!!! They should also pay a STIFF & HEAVY FINE !!! $ 55,000.00 each person. That would go for myself as well if i was ENDANGERING THE LIFE OF ANOTHER. I have left shops i worked at for RIPPING PEOPLE OFF & TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEM !!!!!! That i never went in for. Everybody works hard for their income. Living pay check to pay check & get taken over by crooks & LIERS !!!!!! And they get a way with it until i come along & they try to pull this on me. Well it DON'T WORK !!!!!! I'll turn everyone in that tries to pull this on me. These shops are charging high DOLLARS for their HOURLY RATE & thats not enough, that they also charge for things they don't do & over charge for things they do & then you have to count on it being done right & if something goes wrong they tell you its something else that caused the part they put in to go bad & take more money out of your pocket. Well its time to hit their POCKETS & HIT THEM HARD !!!!! They know you need your car & they DON'T WANT TO FIX THE PROBLEM BECAUSE ITS COMING OUT OF THEIR POCKETS !!!!! They get a way with a law suite for injurys & deaths because its cheaper to pay out then it is to fix all the cars on a recall. THEY THINK THEIR SMARTER THEN ME !!!!! WELL DEAD WRONG !!!!!!! I was sold this 2010 Hyundai on 5/14/2014 & have not been able to drive it for my own personal use. Its been at the dealers all this time & this LEMON LAW IN NEW YORK IS A JOKE !!!! That needs to be changed FAST !!!!!! If you or i can't drive the vehicle. I refuse to pay for it !!!!! If i wanted something that big in front of my house that i can't use. I WOULD BUY A BED OF ROSES !!!!! At least they die & come back & they are a hell of a lot cheaper. But a vehicle that's an eye sore.
