The contact owns a 2009 Hyundai Elantra. While driving approximately 20 mph, the accelerator pedal became stuck underneath the floor mat without warning. The vehicle's speed increased causing the contact to depress the brake pedal to the floorboard. The accelerator pedal released and the vehicle was able to be slowed down.
