Car looks like paint is peeling. I went to dealer who said it was the clear coat wearing out. He also said " sorry we are not responsible." I bought car new and have kept it maintained in excellent condition. This is my fourth Hyundai and have had excellent luck with them.

However, this is a factory defect and I feel it deserves attention. We are getting ready to buy another used car. I have begun to search other models of automobiles.
