we have changed the windshield wipers several times because of streaking, ear splitting noises as the wipers squeek over the windshield and almost no visibility in the rain. we have tried from medium quality to the best with no satisfactory results.
the service guys at the dealership say "they never heard of this problem" well that's odd since I have seen plenty of negative comments on line!!
what they mean is "not my problem!"..in the meantime we seriously fear for our lives every time it rains!!! anyone else know what I'm talking about?? In addition this ungodly film appears on the windshield adding to the problem. We might as well be driving blind!
How do we get the mfg attention and get this problem resolved FREE???
