The contact owns a 2005 Hyundai Elantra. While parked, the contact attempted to open the door using the automatic power locks but the door would not open. The contact attempted to open the door manually but was unable to unlock the front or rear driver and passenger side doors. The contact had to exit the vehicle through the driver side window. The dealer was made aware of the failure and an appointment was secured to have the vehicle diagnosed for the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not available. The approximate failure mileage was 130,000.
