I have a 2004 Hyundai Elantra with 1500 miles. The front passenger air bag sensor under the passenger seat cushion is not function correctly. The Elantra has a dashboard light between the driver and passenger that lites up when nobody is sitting in the passenger seat and turns off when a passenger 50 pounds or more is sitting in the seat. While someone is sitting in the passenger seat (I.e., my wife-110 pounds) the light goes on and off at random times during a trip. It has already been replaced and still does not work. Freehold of Hyundai of freehold, NJ said to contact their headquarters, there is nothing else they can do.
