Me and my son were waiting at the red light at Alamo street and St Francis streets in Santa Fe, Nm. When the light turned green we proceeded forward and hit a car that ran the red light in the side. Our air bags did not deploy at all. I was injured and had to be taken by ambulance. My son hurt his right leg but seems to be better now. The woman that ran the red light took all fault said her brakes didn't work. It has now been a week and the accident report is still not ready, its crazy New Mexico sucks. A week to get a police report. Ridiculous!! In the meantime I still don't have any information on the woman at fault, no name, no insurance info not nothing.
