first time I had the very bad handling problem, the service guy said you must be driving with the windows open, stupid me believed him, next time at oil change, I was hanging around the showroom and met the dealership GM, told him the "open window" solution, he turned red as we walked back to service department and screamed "fix this problem, then test drive the car, It has to drive perfectly.........3 hours later, I got the car and drove home at 70 with two fingers on the wheel. they say they aligned the wheel but refused to tell me the secret, they said we did our magic"
