The problem started in 2017, the visor would keep falling down. We tried velcro and a few other things, for over a year. The final straw was when the whole wiring came out of the roof. The visor was dangling in front of our face. We came close to wrecking several times when it would just come down, but when the whole wire came out it was a nightmare. We were so close to crashing into another car that we had to remove the visor completely.
We went without a visor for a few months, but that was equally dangerous. We finally paid $100 for a plain replacement, which doesn't light up. We settled for that because the price for the light up version was over double that price! This is a big problem that needs a recall before someone dies, if that has not already occurred.
