The contact owns a 2004 Hyundai Accent. While driving 55 mph in the rain, the windshield wipers loosened and disconnected from the arm. The dealer tightened the wiper nuts and instructed the contact to not use the wipers during heavy rain or snow because they cannot modify the wipers each time they become loose.
