Goodyear Wrangler tires, all (including) spare with approximately 54000 miles are all cracking on the center of the outside wall. Trying to see if there is a safety notice or recall regarding these tires. One tire has a bubble on the side that is about the size of a baseball from the rim to the tread. The tires are the ones on a new purchase of an H3 Hummer (2007). Please let me know if there are any issues reported safety or recall similar to this.

The contact owns a 2007 Hummer H3. The vehicle has Bridgestone tires, dueler A/T rh-S, size P265/65/R18. While driving approximately 65 mph, the rear driver's side tire blew out without warning. The risk of a crash significantly increased. The tire was replaced, but the contact still has possession of the other three tires. The manufacturer did not assist. The failure and current mileages were 5,800.
