As I was on my way to work driving on onto the freeway, I was on the light to merge onto the freeway and my car engine shut off completely. I put the car back into park and restarted the engine and thank goodness it start without hesitation. So I continued onto the freeway and decided to play it safe and exit the freeway and as I exited the freeway and made a turn my engine once again turned off while I was turning. My steering wheel locked as well which was scary, but I managed to make it to the shoulder.

I ended up having my car towed as I was too scared to drive my Hummer H3. My mechanic hooked up my car to see what the issue is, checked my fuel pump, checked the computer system, test drove my car and cant figure out what the problem is.

So frustrating to say the least!

Driving on the busy street during my lunch hour, all of a sudden, my engine just shuts off and I have to coast off the road to avoid all the vehicles honking at me and avoid getting stalled in the middle of the intersections.

It shut off and would not start. Had to have it towed to the mechanic shop. Mechanic says it's the engine!!!

What is the world, it was running fine one minute, and the next minute it was broken down. Wasted my whole day working on getting it towed and now it might be the engine.

I have been reading the reviews online and it seems like GM needs to do a recall. I am going to call the GM company and make a formal complaint. I only have 131,00 miles. It should last a lot longer than that, especially since I kept up with all the maintenance and I was the only driver.
