The contact owns a 2006 Hummer H3. The contact stated that the structural frame completely rusted. Also, the leaf springs were fractured, which were a major part of the vehicle's structure and could damage the wheel. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The VIN and failure mileage were unknown.
