The contact owns a 2006 Hummer H2. The contact stated that the rear driver's side window fell into the door panel. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who stated that the window regulator assembly needed to be replaced. The contact did not have the window regulator assembly replaced. The failure mileage was 13,664.
