2003 Hummer with an oil leak. Consumer states that the oil leak was minor and put the vehicle in the shop. He was informed by the mechanic that the transfer case was worn and needed to be replaced. The problem occurred again and the driveshaft needed to be replaced. The consumer was informed that the length of the propeller shaft that had been installed at the time of manufacturing was too short to allow sufficient lubrication of the rear output shaft bushing in the transfer case.
