I've been back 2 times for alignment. After convincing them to do it because of tire wear at 1,000.. 2,000 by telling them about it. I went to Firestone to have my alignment checked after I left them. firestone checked the alignment and it's out of alignment. I went back to tell them it still not correct. The manager said no he's not doing it again.
They didn't write a service order up, so that's like I wasn't there .I'm going to try again . I told them Firestone wants 120.00 for 1 year 210.00 dollars lifetime. He replied to it, said warranty should cover it. Something has to be bent or damaged during shipping. My tires are feathering on the sides showing the Toe is out
