The contact owns a 2018 Honda Ridgeline. The contact stated that while driving approximately 70 MPH, the vehicle lost motive power and stalled without warning. The power steering seized, and the contact had to coast to the side of the road. After pulling over, the vehicle was restarted but almost immediately stalled again. The contact stated that several unknown warning lights were displayed. The vehicle had been towed to the dealer who diagnosed that the fuel pump had failed and needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V215000 (Fuel System, Gasoline) however, neither the VIN nor the model year was included. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.
