Rear camera just stopped working. Backing up in now very dangerous. I am waiting for recall. I will call Honda direct and try to join the class action suit.

The camera just went black out of the blue. No warning, just failed instantly. Must be piss poor design.

Backup camera wiring failed due to manufacturers defect, which is a known problem.

It's clear LAKE HONDA WANTS ME TO PAY FOR THIS.

This is a significant Safety Problem. A class action suit is ongoing. I'm waiting for a recall to fix their problem, not mine.

This should be a Honda recall. It is a design flaw that the opening and closing of the tailgate cuts the wire to the backup camera. Honda needs to fix this.

Right after the standard 36,000 mile warranty ran out... a bunch of s*#t.

I use the Ridgeline as a small farm light work truck. It is practical but this shouldn't happen at 60K miles.
