It's just a weird issue. No transmission lights or codes come up on dash and sometimes it doesn't happen for months. When it does happen, shutting down the engine seems to fix the issue until the next time that it happens which could be the next day or a week. Very strange. Online research tells me that it is a pressure sensor solenoid, makes sense since something mechanical would be there all the time regardless of shutting down the engine. My Ridgeline went from Feb of this year without this happening until this month where it's been happening basically every single day.
