The problem started days after we pickup the car from the dealer to fix a fuel pump recall. All the lights of the dashboard turn on, the alarm started beeping for no reason. The battery dies next day. We come back to the dealer and they said there was no problem in the car. We bring it back home doesn't happen every day, about 3 times in a week. We get tired of it and we come back to the dealer, they said it was the turn on switch and they replaced, unfortunately it doesn't solve the problem. They said that they have to order a part in order to "see" if it will fix it because they don't know for sure what was the problem. We have to disconnect the battery overnight so doesn't die and we can use it next day. We were afraid to go far away and the car will give us trouble. We ending stopping using it and then we decided to give it away. After 6 weeks the dealer called us to let us know that the part had arrived and they want me to make an appointment to install it but it was too late, we don't have the car anymore. Very disappointed of this model, we owned Honda before and we don't have problems with therm.

While turned off and sitting, the dash lights and computer, dome lights, running board lights flash on and cycle numerous times with no regular timing. Also you can hear an electrical clicking sound under the dash next to the driver door. This has happened for months now. I have been to the dealer twice for this with no luck. I even left the vehicle with them and rented a car. The problem occurred while they had it. Their diagnosis was the truck is fine, it's the extra add ons I have done. All extra add ons have been disconnected and the problem still continues. I have been told to figure out what the problem is and then bring it to them to be fixed. My truck gas 11700 miles on it. I will not be buying any more Honda's because of there non concern for my problem.

Update from Jun 10, 2019: Without the help of Honda Corporation I think I have figured out how to solve my electrical problem.

I disconnected the positive terminal to the battery for 10 minutes and then hooked it back up. The problem has not occured again since then. I guess by doing that I reset the computer in the vehicle. Everything is doing just fine now.

It is really a shame that Honda could not do this or at least advice me to do it. Once again I will state that I am very very unhappy with the service department at Honda Motor Company in Franklin, TN.
