The Bluetooth connections only connects properly once in a awhile. The voice is all static and broken up. You restart the system and sometimes it works again. The problem is you only know if someone calls you and you can't answer the phone because they can't hear you.
Also the phone only connects to the system via "PRIVATE MODE" on out going calls. You then have to hit the transfer button on the screen in order to connect the call to the Honda system. Usually by the time you get through this process the caller has already hung up!!!
Now yesterday the compass stopped working. No matter what direction you were heading it read SSE.... I was going directly NORTH the whole time. When I stopped and shut the truck off and restarted it worked again. Try getting something like this fixed at the dealer when it works just fine for the technician!!!
Honda Software JUNK in this owners opinion. By the way this is my third Ridgeline and I also have an Accord that does not have any of these issues. Honda makes great vehicles..... not so good with user friendly or innovated software for users.
