The contact owns a 2006 Honda Ridgeline. The contact stated that when using the jack, the jack would not lift the vehicle high enough to safely remove and replace the tires. The contact stated that the jack appeared to be compatible with the weight of a smaller vehicle. The dealer was contacted who advised that they never received any complaints about the jack. The manufacturer was contacted but did not offer any assistance. The failure and current mileage was 32,000. Updated 5/2/11 updated 06/06/11
Tire jack on the Honda Ridgeline does not raise up high enough to change a tire. You need to have a board at least an inch tall to make up the difference.
