Brand new 2022 Honda pilot touring 6.7K when driving on highway automatically applied brakes for no reason. This happened second time with speeds around 60 mph, with heavy to medium traffic . I was in morning commute with my family. There was at least a gap of 2-3 car in front of us. I was driving the pilot on the middle lane that’s when pilot decided to apply brakes for no reason, the car behind us was almost going to hit us. This was a heart wrenching moment with kids in the car. I have taken the pilot to the dealerships and as per them there are no issues. I’m going to install dashcam in case this results in accident. Honda should look into this issue before class action lawsuit.
