2nd post re: this car. FIRST this issue occurred. Software issues? Software recalls were ;'fixed". or were they??

While slowing and braking at a red light, with cars in front, the bright ORANGE and BLACK light flashes on the dash BRAKE... but I was braking? Then I had the crash...see other note.

Is the brake software all messed up? NOT OK!!! BRAND NEW CAR!!!
