I had bought this Honda Pilot 2018 with 98k+ mileage end of last year and not even months after, a shaking noise seemed to be hearing somewhere inside the car underneath. I had 4 auto mechanics checked no one can seem figure out where the shaking noise is coming from. So I went and paid diagnostic fee at our local Honda dealer and found out it was the high pressure fuel pump inside the engine. I was told because it is a recent model that parts will take months. And since we do not have means of transportation besides this vehicle we are still using despite the loud noise when driving it.
My other concern now is that because of the parts being back ordered, still driving the car might cause more issue afterwards. For example our gas use is more than the first time have been using it even with ECO on. We are still awaiting for the part until now and as frustrating as it sounds Some of our out of town travel plans had to be cancelled until this issue with the car is fixed
