Sitting in car, start car up, get ready to drive out, loud snap noise from passenger door on drivers side. Window dropped into door, tried to raise window, window would not raise, took to dealer, window regulator and/or cable failed. Repetitive issue according to Honda repair blogs on internet.
The contact owns a 2007 Honda Pilot. The contact stated that while driving 65 mph, the front passenger side window fell into the door frame abnormally. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnosis and the vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that two years prior to the recent failure, the rear passenger side window also failed in the same manner. The failure and current mileage was 84,000.
