The contact owns a 2001 Honda Passport. While driving approximately 5-10 mph, the vehicle began to stall and the engine revved. The vehicle failed to drive forward and would only drive in reverse. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence and her cousin, a mechanic, diagnosed the cause of failure as the catalytic converter.
