New car, and at 10,000 miles engine seized. Honda refused to replace the engine or buy the car back. Honda's only offer was to rebuild the engine using a short block. Worked with dealer for equitable trade-in. I can't believe Honda wouldn't replace the entire engine. The oil pan was filled with chunks of metal that likely circulated throughout the entire oil system. Feel sorry for the person who buys that car. I hope the dealer includes an extended warranty.
